I have not received my Driving Record
Getting your driving record
Certified/Non-Certified records are made available for immediate download only.
To download your driving record click on the Continue button that appears on the payment screen after your payment has been submitted. See the example screenshot below.
- Note: If you navigate away from this page without clicking Continue, the link and document cannot be retrieved and you will need to place another order.
After clicking Continue the prompts will guide you through confirming your download. A download link will then be provided. After clicking Download your record will download to your device. See the example screenshot below.
- Note: Because the download is made available for immediate download only, leaving the page or having difficulty with the downloaded software on your device will result in you not obtaining a digital copy. Driving Records contain highly personal and sensitive information so they are not stored in the app or made available to send by email.
- If you were not able to download the PDF, please contact the NCDMV directly and have the order printed and mailed to you. To make this request please call (919) 715-7000 for additional assistance.
