Where can I find my receipt?
After your payment is complete, you'll receive an email confirmation receipt, and a receipt will be stored in the "Receipts" section of your myNCDMV profile.
1. Sign in to myNCDMV and click the profile icon located in the top right-hand corner of the webpage.
2. Click on the Receipts tab to view all of your receipts for payments made through your profile.
Note:
- ACH/eCheck payments can take 3-5 business days to clear and receipts will be emailed immediately after the payment clears. This includes any temporary licenses or IDs ordered with ACH as well.

If you checked out as a guest, you will not be able to access a receipt on the profile page. To receive a new copy of your receipt, contact the PayIt Support team by clicking the blue "Help" widget in the bottom corner of your screen.
